RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

As per European right of withdrawal, before the expiry of the withdrawal period (14 days), the costumer shall inform us of his decision to withdraw from the contract with no penalty only if the model and the security seals are intact, specifying the reasons for withdrawal by e-mail to help@atelier.mrcollection.com.

A member of our team will follow up with your request and let you know the procedure to follow for the return. In this case or in case of return for double orders mistakenly made by customers, all the returning expenses will be at customer cost.

The burden of proof of exercising the right of withdrawal in accordance with the rules of the Consumer Code shall be on the consumer.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Due to the nature of the goods, order cancellation will follow the below rules:

  • For customized models and pre-ordered models, the request of cancellation has to be placed before the order is ready to be shipped
  • For models in stock, the request of cancellation has to be placed immediately after the placing order.

Cancellation requests have to be sent by email to info@atelier.mrcollection.com. However, customers can cancel the order anytime but 30% security deposit won’t be refunded in case the order is ready for shipment.

Return policy is not applied to all customized items or items with a specific discount.

CHANGE ORDERS OR ORDERS DETAILS

Every change in address, tailor made model’s details or OPT can imply extra costs, such as:

  • €15 fees for tailor made modifications after the production has started
  • €10 for double orders made by mistake
  • €10 for exchange between models with different codes (only after our Team confirmation)
  • Deposit costs for order cancellation after the withdrawal right period will not be refunded
  • €15 for address exchange after shipment
  • Changing the order is possible only before goods are ready to be shipped; otherwise, the security deposit will not be refunded if customers change the item before shipment
  • Pictures upon request will be quoted separately
  • In case of exercise of the right of withdrawal, all transport costs and duties will be at customers expenses

DAMAGED PACKAGING/MODELS

In case the model received has any damage caused by the shipment or any manufacturing defect, please inform us immediately by email at the following address help@atelier.mrcollection.com.

If the parcel has obvious signs of damages or customs inspection (E.G., holes, dents, cuts etc…) report to the courier POD the damage:

  • perforated box
  • torn box
  • dented box
  • wet box
  • damaged or changed tape
  • other issues

accepting the goods by placing the signature with reserve on the transport documents.

It is strictly necessary that customers inform us immediately at the following e-mail address, help@atelier.mrcollection.com, providing pictures for our reference, without opening the parcel.

Then if the model is damaged send us a second email including some pictures to let us understand better the problem claimed, without opening the display case.

Pay attention that all models with security seals opened will not be covered by guarantee.

A member of our team will reply, giving proper instructions on the procedure to follow in order to return the damaged goods. In this case we will cover the return expenses.

Please, do not return goods without informing us upfront.

In case the procedures above will not be followed, the responsibility will be upon customers.
