PAYMENT METHODS

Credit Card

The orders made on our website can be paid by credit card. The system will re-direct customers to a secure page in order to complete the payment process.

The payment is performed with SSL cryptography that is supported from all the current browsers. In this way the data are not accessible to third parties including Atelier by MR Collection S.r.l.

Once the payment is completed the system will send an automatic message with the order confirmation. The invoice will be received once the models are delivered.

PayPal

Payments can be made on PayPal secure servers as well.

It is possible to use personal PayPal accounts to proceed with payments. PayPal can be used also without personal account only entering the credit card data. The system will send the receipt when we receive the confirmation from PayPal.

Starting from 5th March 2020, in line with industry practise and in accordance with the updated Paypal rules, the commission fees applied to the original Paypal transaction will not be longer returned in full but it will be retained in a percentage of 50%.

Refund request by Paypal for wrong orders will have a retained percentage of 50% on the returned costs.
